Glenn played football at Cherry Hill Midget Football, and then went onto play at Cherry Hill High School East.

Glenn Foley went to Boston College where he was a two-time All-American quarterback.  He is best remembered
for engineering the upset of Notre Dame in 1993 to knock the team out of National Championship contention. 
Glenn started 46 straight games before being drafted by the New York Jets in 1994.  He was with the New York Jets
from 1994-1998 and the Seattle Seahawks in 1999, and the Arena Football League with the New Jersey Gladiators
in 2002.  During his career Glenn was lucky enough to play for some of the NFL's best coaches including Bill Parcells,
Bill Belichick, Mike Holmgren, Charlie Weis and Tom Coughlin, as well as former Eagles head coach Rich Kotite.
